ExoWatch allows you to create, schedule, and track personalized workouts on iPhone and Apple Watch.
2. Subscriptions
ExoWatch Premium is an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple: Price: €1.99/month or €19.99/year Free Trial: 7 days Billed by Apple after the trial if not canceled. Cancellation: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
3. Refunds
Any refund request must be made via Apple Support.
4. Data
Data remains local or synced via iCloud. See Privacy Policy.
5. Health and Safety
ExoWatch is not a medical device. Consult a professional before following a training program.
6. Liability
The user remains solely responsible for their use. AMOINIER cannot be held liable for any injury or damage related to misuse.
7. Applicable Law
The application and its terms are subject to French law.
