1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ExoWatch collects, uses, and protects your personal data when using the ExoWatch mobile application on iPhone and Apple Watch. ExoWatch respects your privacy. No data is sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, or used for advertising tracking.
2. Data Collected
Local Data
• Created workouts (title, duration, structure) • Workout history • Goal settings (pace, heart rate) This data is stored locally on your device and can be synced via iCloud if enabled.
Apple Health Data (optional)
If you authorize HealthKit access: • ExoWatch can read or write your workout sessions (running, cycling, etc.). • HealthKit data never leaves your device and is never shared with third-party servers.
Subscription / Billing Data
• In-App purchase identifiers (StoreKit) • Information managed exclusively by Apple, in accordance with their terms of use.
Technical Data
• Anonymized crash logs (via Apple) • This data is used solely to improve app stability.
3. Data Usage
The collected data is used to: • Manage your workouts and goals • Sync iCloud data • Manage subscriptions and purchase restorations • Improve service quality (anonymous diagnostics)
4. Data Sharing
No personal data is shared with third parties, except: • Apple (StoreKit / iCloud / HealthKit) for proper app functionality. • OpenAI (via secure API) for AI workout generation, without permanent storage of transmitted texts.
5. Security
ExoWatch implements reasonable security measures to protect your local and synced data (iCloud / Secure Enclave).
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to: • access, rectify, and delete your data • withdraw consent at any time (via Settings > Health > ExoWatch) To exercise these rights: support@exowatch.app
7. Retention
Data is retained as long as the application is installed, or until manual deletion or iCloud deactivation.
8. Modifications
This policy may be updated. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
